1) All goods sold are non-refundable

2) All goods sold are only exchangeable under the discretion of the management within 5 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You may send it by registered post.

3) Leggings/stockings, belts, bags and accessories are non-exchangeable items.

4) Items in Clearance Sale section are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable.

5) There will be no exchange of items due to wash stains as supplier is not responsible, do refer to http://www.thefashionloftz.com/for more information.

6) Buyer should allow within around 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement.

7) Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution

8) Pre-orders goods will take about 2-4 weeks to arrive. Pls placed orders only if you can WAIT!

9) Pre-orders goods are non exchangeable nor refundable.

10) Once Pre-orders are confirmed, no change or cancellation is allowed.

11) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know.

12) All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

13) All items will be sent through SingPost, the local mail provider. We do meetups upon request.

14) We accept payments via bank transfer - Internet/ATM Fund Transfer

15) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.

16) All information that you provide us with will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
